PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
By utilizing our Software and applications you have consented to be bound by the terms of this agreement as stated below. These Terms and Conditions of this service constitute the agreement ("Agreement") between YourDialer ("we", "us" "I"), and the user ("Customer" "you", or "user") of www.yourdialer.mg calling services and any related IT Service provider (ITSP) products or services ("Service").
YourDialer does not support 911 services or any other emergency service and customer hereby understand YourDialer cannot be relied upon to obtain emergency help. YourDialer is not the same as Cellphone / landline telecommunications services. The service is subject to different regulatory treatments compared to pure telecommunications service. This treatment may limit or otherwise affect your rights before regulatory agencies.
By signing up to use YourDialer products and services in your region or country, it means that you have agree that you are more than the age limit required by your country to use internet services to make phone calls. YourDialer will not be liable for our customers who did not abide to this rules and regulations in their various countries.
It is the responsibility of YourDialer customers to abide to all the laws and regulations of the uses of internet phone services of their country of usage. YourDialer will not be liable to any users who breach the laws and regulations on the use of internet phones in the country of usage.
YourDialer services are a pre-paid ITSP service. Customer hereby agrees that in order to use YourDialer service that he/she will maintain a credit balance in his/her account. The customer is expected to replenish his/her credit balance by using a credit/debit card/Paypal/Wire transfer. Customers may opt to have its account set to "automatically replenish", at no charge, to avoid repeating manual recharge. Customer accounts may be replenished online on www.yourdialer.mg.
There is no cancellation after signing up and we do not make refund for any money you have already used
Rates may or may not include all taxes, surcharges or any other fees.
Customers agree that they will experience some form of the dropped calls could be at any point in time during the call duration, this may be as a result of customer's internet etc. YourDialer is not responsible for the cost of your internet usage used in placing YourDialer calls.
YourDialer is based on Voice-Over-Internet Protocol (VOIP), and as such, certain anomalies may occur beyond the control of YourDialer.
The quality of VOIP may not be hundred percent guaranteed by YourDialer. This may depend on the speed of the internet and devices that the customer is using to place the phone calls.
YourDialer will not be liable for any malfunction of customer's phone service/devices This end user agreement may be changed and/or corrected without notice to customers.
